These terms apply to merchants using the Keepora app by LooLon on Shopify.
Keepora adds subscription options to your products, charges renewals through Shopify, and gives your customers and you tools to manage subscriptions. You are responsible for your products, prices, the subscriptions you offer and the orders you ship.
Plans are billed through Shopify in USD as a flat monthly or yearly price. Keepora charges no transaction fees or commission. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the app; Shopify ends the billing when you uninstall. Your payment provider's own fees still apply.
We work to keep Keepora available and renewals on time, but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions.
To the extent allowed by law, LooLon is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for Keepora in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before important changes take effect.
